Recently, another external lecture-meeting of “Armenian University” was held in Shirak region.
The 2022-2023 “Armenian University” students of the first stream participated in the outgoing lecture, as well as many members of the “Armenian University” alumni union and the “Armenian Project” team.
Within the framework of the meeting, the attendees visited the rectory of Shirak Diocese, where Archbishop Mikael Adjapahyan, leader of the Diocese, gave a speech. The leader of the diocese presented the role of the Armenian Church in state protection over the centuries, the current problems and threats, addressed the possible solutions to the current situation and the importance of the church’s involvement in it, and also answered the questions of the attendees.
In the next part of the visit, the attendees visited Gyumri Saint Amenprkich Church, made an educational tour of Gyumri city, during which political scientist Edgar Elbakyan gave a short lecture near the house of famous Hayduk Padvali Vagho (Avetis Gharibyan).
In the next part of the day, the co-founders of the “Armenian Project” discussed with the students of the “Armenian University” their group projects of an applied nature, which will be presented as a graduation project at the end of the course.
At “Armenian University” our students receive the most practical knowledge and skills, which should now and in the future serve the idea of having #eternalArmenia.
